Fat Trel was booked on drug and ammo possession charges last weekend in Maryland. On Sept. 20, the Washington D.C. native was arrested in Fort Washington, Md. Police records obtained by XXL on Friday (Sept. 26) reveal Trel, born Martrel Reeves, was arrested for three charges, including possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, illegal possession of ammunition and possession of a controlled substance in a large amount. According to reports, Trel was pulled over near National Harbor for expired tags on his Tesla. Police discovered Trel had open warrants for various traffic violations. Upon searching the vehicle, police discovered over two pounds of weed and 10 rounds of 9 mm ammunition. Trel was released on his own recognizance on Sunday (Sept. 21). His trial date has been set for Oct. 21. XXL has reached out to Fat Trel's attorney for comment.
