Never cut corners in the hiring process.
Finding the right team members can be a challenge. Athletic directors need to be proactive when filling positions. Don’t just hope the right person will fall into your lap. Go out and get them.

They’re part of professional networks. So, get out there and attend conferences, engage on social media platforms, and participate in discussions whenever available.
