2nd day in Cape Town. Got to stay at the beautiful Black Brick Hotel, shout out to Bheki for hosting us at his wonderful hotel. Then took a long walk and ran into one of Breeze Yoko’s murals in Woodstock, went book buying, told some jokes and had ice cream 🌻

How day 1 ended😓. It was really interesting and abit chaotic. My phone ended up dying and I couldn’t take Tumi’s gig which was the Kippie Moeketsi Centenary band that was playing at 1am. If anyone has any pictures of his gig please share them with us 😇 #jazzweekend

First order of the day, had a sound workshop for the Sedimenting Project in Cape Town. What a powerful experience walking within the quarry that holds so much of Cape Town’s history. It was an honour to contribute to the project in thought and in sound.
