@Matiullahjan919 آپ کی باقی تنقید بالکل درست ہے۔ یہ حکومتی اقدام انتہائی قابلِ مذمت ہے۔ البتہ ایک تصحیح کیجیے۔ دفعہ 295 کسی عبادت گاہ کا تقدس پامال کرکے مذہبی جذبات مجروح کرنے کے جرم کی ہے، نہ کہ توہینِ رسالت کے جرم کی جس کےلیے الگ سے دفعہ 295-سی ہے۔

انتہائی شرمناک فعل ہے حکومت کا توہین حکومت کو توہینِ رسالت کے قانون سے روکنے کا۔ جس حکومت کا کام اپنے شھریوں کی حفاظت کرنا ہے وہ حکومت اِن شھریوں کی جان کو جان بوجھ کر خطرے میں ڈال رہی ہے۔ اگر چند مذھبی سیاسی جماعتوں کے کارکنوں کو اگر اپنے سیاسی اجتماع مساجد میں کرنے کی اجازت ہے تو دیگر سیاسی اجتماع کیوں نہیں ہو سکتے۔ تاہم سیاسی جھنڈے لیکر سیاسی مخالفین پر سنگین الزامات مسجد میں کھڑے ہو کر لگانے سے مسجد کے تقدس اور عبادت کی جگہ کی حرمت پر یقینا آنچ آئیگی۔ علما کرام اس بات پر راہنمائی فرمائیں کہ کونسا اجتماع کس وقت اور کس حالت میں مساجد میں نہیں ہو سکتا؟ کیا سیاسی جماعت کے جھنڈے کے لباس یا ٹوپی پہن کر نماز ہو گی یا نہیں؟
