(UWI), serving as Member at Large. Approved at UWI’s recent spring board meeting, the 2026 Officer Slate brings together a dynamic group of water leaders dedicated to advancing collaboration, innovation, and meaningful dialogue across the industry. President Probolsky's leadership and commitment to regional water issues continue to make a strong impact beyond our District, and we’re excited to see him contribute to UWI’s important work.

Our Operations Team had an incredible evening with students at the Laguna Niguel Jr. Civic Workshop! Adrian Tasso, Director of Operations, and Dan Horn, Superintendent of Operations, led the presentation, giving students a behind-the-scenes look at how we deliver safe, reliable water and prepare for emergencies. Students also enjoyed a hydro excavator demonstration from Daniel Silva, Street Crew Supervisor. Thank you to Mayor Gene Johns and the @LagunaNiguelCty for hosting this great program and inviting us to participate. We are proud to help inspire the next generation because today’s curious students are tomorrow’s water leaders.

🚁💧 Moulton Niguel partnered with the Orange County Fire Authority and other local agencies to invest in a new helicopter hydrant in Aliso Viejo. As part of the project, we installed a new pipeline and two fire hydrants, creating both a primary and secondary connection to the facility.
