@MNsure 1) I received an email from UCare on October 15th that my insurance was automatically renewing for 2026. Apparently this is false. 2) I am attempting to complete a form and cannot enter my phone number. Wait times for assistance are 2 hours.

Hi @MNsure So it’s the last day of open enrollment and your website is fu@ked and there’s no way to reach anyone to help. I know it’s late but it’s still within the deadline. What is my recourse if I can’t get insurance for 1/1/26?

@uselessFTP Although enhanced tax credits are scheduled to end at the end of the 2025, tax credits will still be available for households that qualify in 2026. You can get an estimate of what savings you might be eligible for next year at mnsure.org/shop-compare

@MNsure hey Mnsure, I was told that when you apply for coverage w/ financial assistance with APTC (not mncare or medical assistance) you are given the monthly premium cost assuming APTC. How misleading if true. You know there will be no APTC for 2026
