I never had a job up until I was 17 and I hated every second of it. It was at a machine shop and I never had interacted with many adult men before. I would cry at work and my trainer would have to calm me down because everything felt so overwhelming just jumping into an adult job

I have an interview today for another machine shop and I still don't feel ready. I feel like im still the same scared 12 year old who hid behind his computer during covid and avoided everyone. Adulthood sucks. No license, no car, a shit ton of bad financial choices too.
