Climb smart! Face the ladder, never carry heavy loads in your hands, stay centered, and always keep 3 points of contact. Two hands + one foot OR two feet + one hand = safe climbing. Sometimes the simplest things keep you the safest.

A safe climb starts with a solid base. No slippery floors and no stacked boxes. When using extension ladders make sure to check your angle! Remember, 1 foot out for every 4 feet up. #LadderSafetyWeek
