Kyler Corbin has been involved in XC for the past 4 years, along with swimming and baseball. He s a member of the NHS, ALC, JR class treasurer, advanced band, and REMC Electric Cooperative Youth Tour rep his JR year.
He is interested in pursuing an Actuarial Science degree.
Wesley Potts swam during his freshmen year, and ran XC and track all 4 years. He's also in NHS, on the Athletic Leadership Council, MYAC and participated in Science Olympiad.
His goals are to attend college however, he is undecided as to where that might be at this point.
Mariah Maley has run in XC and track for 4 years. She is on National Honor Society, Athletic Leadership Council, a 4 year FFA member and an officer for 3 of those years and a 10 year 4H member. All of this while maintaining a 4.0 GPA. Her goal is pursue a BSN in nursing.
This is the 1st year in XC for Anna Strong because she has been home schooled up to this point. She has worked on various community art programs, is active in her youth group, and volunteers in the community when a need arises. She is going to study Art Education and Studio Art.
Rachel Weng has been a member of both the cross country and track team during her high school career. She is involved in National Honor Society as well. She is hoping to attend IU Bloomington and is undecided on a major.
Chandler Rathke has run XC for 3 yrs. He is involved in theatre, band, student council, Science Olympiad and is the 2020 HC King! He has a 4.0 GPA, works part-time at Tri-State Vet Clinic, is undecided on where he will attend but hopes to pursue an education in computer science.
Sr night for XC has been cancelled. EN decided to only recognize the athletes at their home games/meets, but XC has none so we were instructed to "do their own thing."
I will be posting about each of our 7 seniors so give them some recognition when you see them.
