It's also possible, and chop my head off if i'm wrong, but when Denji said that his experiences were all a dream, they very well could have been. It's a gag ending anyway, mind you, but Nayuta taking Makima's place and devil hunting being more low stakes could attest to that to the theory that Denji was just a very idealistic recluse with a case of main character syndrome. He also seems to lament not being an important figure in the zeitgeist thannot having a girlfriend or getting laid. Even though he gets to hang out with Power now and have her in his life in some sort of way, he just seems totally disinterested in light of feeling regret and sorrow based on feeling a very strong sense of existential dread.

One of the things that doesnt make sense about csm ending is that Pochita's power doesn't work like that, he doesn't retroactively create a universe where something doesn't exist, what he eats simply CEASES to exist and is forgotten, it happens in the same timeline.

Finished the main story and maxed out Yu's trust event. She doesn't appear in the main story and I don't think she will appear in part B either, so here's what I got from her trust missions. -Wings: "Real deal" but she says they are useless, and that she can't 'really fly'. Take that as you will. -Scar: Not mentioned at all. -Her wealth: No real answer. I don't think her family has anything to do with it, but chalking it up to "luck" is also bs. She makes everything look effortless, but she still works hard.

This is also probably why wuwa adopted that team building strategy in its second year, designing very strong characters that are basically meant to be packaged together The more "partner" characters or "battleship" teams there are the more out of control powecreep is going to feel, because the baseline the company is expecting from you is higher and because the restrictions are stronger
