Dislocated shoulder in the ED. If you can’t get ketamine or propofol in any reasonable time what med(s) you using for procedural sedation? 2 cases: 1.) larger man, stable vitals, 45yo, no comorbids and 2.) old lady 85yo (still stable vitals).
