On Feb 6, 2025, Klima Center attended the CCC’s CSO Coordination Meeting at Malacañang. The event fostered collaboration with civil society to advance the Philippines’ climate agenda, strengthen multi-stakeholder engagement, and align efforts toward resilience and sustainability.

The following day, on September 26, 2024, the MO team participated in a training session covering the AWS, Early Warning System (EWS), and Weather and Tropical Cyclone 101.

This initiative was part of the Climate Resilient Cities (CRC) project, supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by Catholic Relief Services (CRS).

On September 25, 2024, the Manila Observatory (MO), in collaboration with Komunidad, facilitated the installation of an Automated Weather Station (AWS) in Barangay Poblacion 1, Cotabato City.
