Clock didn’t start on time and Santa Clara’s Coach was BEGGING for a timeout and the refs didn’t give it to him. Kentucky got BAILED BIG TIME

I had a great chat tonight with @HerbSendek coach of @SantaClaraHoops who lost a heartbreaking game today vs @KentuckyMBB in ot 89-84. The Broncos went up 73 -70 on a made with 2 seconds left .He said he tried calling T/O to set up his defense but said refs did not see him. OWEH super all day a made dramatic 3 to send game to OT.

Oweh caught it and took a full dribble before the clock started running and then “got the shot off” with a couple tenths of a second left. Santa Clara got robbed by the clock operator. Completely illegitimate win by Kentucky
