The worrying thing about this is that they appear to think they have the structure and personnel in place at board level to deliver the change that is needed. They clearly don’t, and there is no indication they are going to get the football expertise in that is needed.

The medical staff and Lange’s replacement should have been identified and in place already. You have had a year.
If VV is to remain CEO then he should not deal with football matters. Who will?

Let’s not forget that the plan was “not to panic buy in January”, stick with Thomas Frank and when that wasn’t working employ Tudor to try and save us, despite never working in England.
