El primer día culmina con una exposición del Comisionado José Luis Caballero y la Secretaria Ejecutiva de la @CIDH, Tania Reneaum; así como con el Secretario Ejecutivo de la @CorteIDH, Pablo Saavedra.

El #Seminario_ICCAL continuó con exposiciones sobre las #comunidades de práctica, #la_construcción social del ICCAL, y los mecanismos nacionales de #cumplimiento e #impacto del SIDH.
