This past year, Madison Public Library held Read to a Dog, an event where children and families could read with canine friends. How cute!

What’s more fun than reading? Reading with a dog! Teco, Lincoln Elementary School’s Canine Good Citizen pup, spends time in the school and recently encouraged students to use the library in the school newsletter.

Milo, a 5-year-old Madisonian, recently mailed us his saved-up allowance. He saw his parents making a gift to support Madison Public Library & felt inspired to do the same. "I like to check out books from the library," he said. "My favorite ones are Minecraft books." #grateful
