@great2run Do you find it hard alternating between a neutral and stability shoe? Or is this what you mean when you say it depends on the day?

@MPLSEliteRunner Greetings, EliteRunner. I use either Asics Kayano 26 or Adidas Energy Boost running shoes. Just depends on how I feel on the day. Like to alternate!

Curious what @great2run thinks about the current landscape of shoes. What do you race in? What is for a normal training run?

@great2run I get this. Being another elite level athlete races with no headphone rules are the worst. But I’ll use that prize money and buy a nice pair of headphones 😑
