On Monday, I will ask President Trump, via X, to help save my life. He offered to help me if I needed it. I need it. As many of you know, I have metastasized prostate cancer. My healthcare provider, Kaiser of Northern California, has approved my application to receive a newly FDA-approved drug called Pluvicto. But they have dropped the ball in scheduling the brief IV to administer it and I can’t seem to fix that. I am declining fast. I will ask President Trump if he can get Kaiser of Northern California to respond and schedule it for Monday. That will give me a fighting chance to stick around on this planet a little bit longer. It is not a cure, but it does give good results to many people.

@halfinchholes @weirdmedicine My high school in New York (Long Island, first town right outside Queens, not upstate) had a shooting range for .22s in the basement until the late '90s.

@weirdmedicine We were allowed to bring rifles or shotguns into school during hunting season. It had to be kept in a case and your locker.

My school had a smoking section outside the principal’s office. My second school had a “frat” that was a separate building just for smoking, as long as you were a junior or senior. Hell, we used to smoke in the ER in residency. Nuts!

Biden’s Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has gone wild on DEI: - 207 employees spread across 7 Offices of Minority Health - 294 taxpayer-funded staffers dedicated to "diversity, equity & inclusion.” The price tag for payroll alone exceeds $67 million, with a majority of these DEI hires making six-figure salaries. The latest HHS budget request mentions “equity” 829 times, with requests seeking to address “racial equity and environmental justice” at the forefront. An efficient government has no place for DEI bloat. Time to DOGE it.

@fawfulfan Are you insane. I own a small business with less than 5 employees in NY. Most affordable plan available to us right now. Deductible $4k per person, $12k per fam. And it's a shit plan. In network providers are so few and far between, unless I want to drive 30+ miles for Dr visit.

I flatly do not believe you that you are paying $22K in premiums. You are not paying $1,900 a month in just premiums. That's more than the average American spends on rent or mortgage payments!
