Met with Costa Rican Ambassador Germán Serrano García and my friend @Manuel_Tovar_R , Costa Rica’s Minister of Foreign Trade in Ottawa today. We discussed the potential of business partnerships between Canada and Costa Rica after it joins the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP).
