Patrolling Gillespie Park. Drugs seized and ASB warnings have been issued this week

We know the LTN's on Aubert Park are an issue so we conducted a joint traffic op with @IslingtonBC monitoring vehicles driving through them. Today we arrested one male on his moped for 7 offences after he attempted to make off! Officers safe and well and a cell space for one

We have noticed an increase of bike theft on Highbury Fields. Please keep your bikes locked and secured when not in use

Thanks to @ParkguardLtd @IslingtonBC and our friends at the Ecology Centre for assisting us with a joint weapon sweep inside Gillespie Park. We will continue to patrol and target the park for ASB and drug use

Officers from the MPS Territorial Support Group were patrolling Finsbury Park when they stopped a vehicle. Grounds existed for the occupants of the vehicle to be searched and upon searching the vehicle, officers found two knives. Both males were arrested. #zerotolerance

We conducted leaflet drops and had a drop in session with our Child Exploitation Team around one of our local estates to explain how we can identify and tackle exploitation in children #lookcloser

What started with a Walk and Talk ended up with officers taking our residents out on patrol around our hotspots! One male was stopped by the Emirates Stadium whilst another male was stopped in Gillespie Park. Cannabis seized and warnings issued

After multiple complaints to us regarding Gillespie Park N4 we’ve arrested one male for multiple offences including drugs. #yousaidwelistened
