CAD 18-1149 PD ELSA deployed to assist @KentPoliceRoads with a vehicle linked to high value thefts. On locating the vehicle the driver decamped across the M2. After relocating, ELSA picked up a track going through fields onto a farm where the male was found hiding in undergrowth
