Good News! For the first half of this week, your officers adjusted their shifts to tackle night-time issues on the ward, leading to: ✅ 4 Arrests (1 for Drug Supply, 1 for Bike Theft and 2 for failing to appear) ✅ Recovery of a stolen vehicle to its rightful owner

Lewisham Officers are pushing to make it more accessible to speak to them and be heard. Rushey Green Safer neighbourhoods are starting up a series of drop in clinics, the first taking place on the 26th October between 2pm to 4pm at Catford Mews.

Today, we are working together with @BTPLondon, conducting robbery patrols at transport hubs on the ward to deter and raise awareness about robberies and phone snatches in the area.

There is an increased police presence in Catford this morning. Officers are on foot patrols targeting and raising awareness about phone snatches.

Your local team have completed a second day of dispersal enforcement in Rushey Green, under S.35 ASB, Crime and Policing Act 2014. There have been 19 dispersals and 1 arrest.

There have been a number of dispersals already, with more to follow. The team will be conducting similar enforcement patrols tomorrow evening (04/05/24).

Our officers are currently patrolling Catford, utilising dispersal powers (under S35 ASB, Crime and Policing Act 2014) which was authorised earlier today and is in effect until Sunday 3pm. This has been implemented to help alleviate the area of the drug and alcohol related ASB.

A section 35 has been put in place in the Catford Broadway area today Friday 3rd May at 4pm and ending Sunday 5th May at 3pm. This has been authorised by Inspector West. This is in place to tackle anti-social behaviour and criminality from groups congregating at the location
