Footage of a Muslim officer being abused at a protest was widely shared this weekend.   It happened a few weeks ago and we won’t be resharing the video, but yesterday we saw more of the same.   Nobody should have to put up with abuse at work and that includes police officers. 
Arrests were made in all these incidents and we'll be pushing for charges in every case.

Today, Rotherhithe SNT, @MPSNBermondsey @MPSSBermondsey, & @MPSSurreyDocks were deployed to Walworth Road SE17. Using live facial recognition technology to identify wanted offenders.

Today, Rotherhithe SNT and @MPSSurreyDocks were deployed to Burgess Park SE17.

Today, Rotherhithe, @MPSSurreyDocks @MPSSBermondsey conducted a traffic operation on Jamaica Road SE16. Routine checks were conducted on over fifty vehicles and drivers.

Today, Rotherhithe and @MPSSurreyDocks have been out on joint foot patrol around the wards.

Today, Rotherhithe SNT @MPSSurreyDocks and @MPSSBermondsey had the pleasure of attending Southwark Cathedral for the Election of the Mayor.

The Vehicle Enforcement Team alongside @MPSSouthwark where deployed on the BCU yesterday in a pre-planned operation resulting in: - 22 vehicles seized. - 2 persons arrested for a variety of offences. - 1 Vehicle prohibition issued for being in a dangerous condition.

Today, Rotherhithe and @MPSSurreyDocks conducted a traffic operation along Lower Rd and the Rotherhithe Tunnel. Two people were arrested, with twelve scooters and E bikes being seized.
