Ok, this is gonna an update/advice thread for the syndi-fiction I've been nervously hinting at. Writing forced me to overcome a massive mental hurdle, and leaving it open to criticism is an even bigger one. But why write though? Because no one else has yet. Simple as that.

Memories is the conflict of the next chapter. To be specific, Shiori's disregard for sentimentality. Now that she has treasured memories of her own with Advent, however, that has to change. Nerissa will help with that with her singing. Music is a powerful influence to memory...

Writing is hard.. First first and second chapter with the novelites and Bijou came naturally, but now moving onto Nerissa and Fuwamoco I've hit a roadblock. I started writing the Fuwamoco chapter, then switched to Nerissa, but I'm not sure it makes the best sense thematically...

Started writing a little something for #ShiorinStories, it's a ficlet with a slice-of-life structure that explores everybody in Advent, but centres around Shiori. Will (hopefully) send updates in this thread!! archiveofourown.org/works/79302441

New work, it's AmeSame in the big '26. The style I was going for was environmental/restrained storytelling. I'm quite proud of how it turned out. There's this urge to flesh it out more but for now it's fine as a standalone. Thank you to my beta readers! archiveofourown.org/works/79875626
