Ok. Let me explain. As an Illinois transplant to the amazing state of Tennessee. Only Memphis and the city limits of Nashville are Democrat ran. The state government is controlled by the Republican majority in the house and senate. Natives do NOT want transplants to bring their old political agenda from where they left. This is why we left. For reference our property taxes went up in Illinois more last year than we pay in Tennessee. There is so much development and business expansion throughout the state. It has been a wonderful adventure financially and spiritually. No more corruptive politics.

Nutritional research has gained so much ground in the last 15 years and have made a couple things clear. Obesity is a choice. You can eat way more than you eat now and lose a ton of weight and be way healthier. Obesity is a symptom of insulin resistance caused by a highly glycemic and inflammatory diet. All you gotta do is cut out or cut down, sugar, processed carbs, seed oils, regular carbs…in that order. I’ve talked to hundreds of people who have done it and all have had great results..myself included…
