Ed, the rise of voices like Alex Jones isn't random. When mainstream media faces trust issues and echo chambers trap people in repetitive views, folks naturally gravitate towards alternative sources. Remember, there's a difference between defending someone's right to speak and endorsing their views. We can question Jones' narratives, sure, but let's also think about why he, among others, has such traction. Maybe it's less about the person and more about the broader environment of distrust and the need for diverse narratives.

If you are pushing conspiracy theories by Infowars’ Alex Jones, saying that Biden is planning to bring back COVID restrictions in September, then you simply did not learn your lesson or you have been living under a rock. Its dangerous to see people like Utah Senator Mike Lee pushing this absurd story. Remember, Alex Jones was literally ordered to pay $1.5 billion for pushing the horrendous conspiracy theory that called the the Sandy Hook massacre a hoax. He literally tormented the families of over two-dozen people, who had had their lives taken from them, in order to push a political narrative and make money. Giving credibility to this man needs to stop! Why does this man still have a following?

He’ll definitely still release the information he has on Monday. Coming forward to the public and not directly to the courts could be a tactical move as Trump surely feels that very few courts would show pure objectivity in his case. If the info he has is solid and damning, it could change the narrative and work in his favour.

After Trump’s indictment by Fani Willis in Fulton County, Georgia, he made a post on Truth Social claiming he would hold a press conference on Monday, to release a “CONCLUSIVE Report” about Election Fraud in Georgia. Georgia’s Republican Governor Brian Kemp, soon after this news broke, responded and said, “The 2020 election in Georgia was not stolen. For nearly three years now, anyone with evidence of fraud has failed to come forward - under oath - and prove anything in a court of law.” Then Republican Florida Governor Ron DeSantis sided with Kemp, while former Vice President Mike Pence explicitly said, “The Georgia election was not stolen.” Now, Trump’s own lawyers are essentially begging him not to hold the press conference. According to ABC News, his lawyers told him it will only complicate his legal troubles and suggested that he cancel it. Do you think Trump will still hold the Press Conference and release the report? Isn’t it kind of nuts to suggest that Trump would have evidence of widespread election fraud, but he wouldn’t file it in the courts or turn it over to law enforcement? If there was really election fraud, don’t you think Mike Pence would also be making the claim, rather than refuting it? How long will MAGA supporters believe these allegations?

My daughter’s friend and husband escaped the fire with their two young children and lost their home. All they have is their pajamas they were wearing when they fled to save their own lives! Same story for everyone who survived. And Biden is giving them only $700??!!! What does that buy? A Costco run - one time? Maybe a few nights at a hotel??
