"Trey's been an unsung hero, honestly, even before he sort of cracked the rotation here in the last couple of weeks," Young said. "He's been unbelievable in practice, which is not easy to do when you're not playing. He's helped us get a lot better, whether that be scout team stuff, whether that just be him, having a level of competition that he brings every day, and it just got to the point where just couldn't ignore it."

There is an epidemic of loneliness especially among working parents with young kids. Too many of us are in isolation. Never seeing friends. Moved around for work; tending to our families. It gets lonely. Most weeks, I’ll find a night to grab wings and a drink after 8 pm with a buddy. Game changer. Do it! If this is you, you need to ask a friend to hangout this week… a dad from the neighborhood, gym, church, a kid’s friend’s dad (not work). He will want to say “yes,” but it’s likely been 6+ months since he’s done anything for himself, so make it easy on him. After kids’ bedtimes. Choose a close spot or a beer in the garage. Be patient with him as he negotiates with his wife on kid coverage. He will love you for it, and you’ll feel awesome. Trust me!

I immediately forgot that I had an egg in my pocket and 15 min later I plumbed into the car as I was leaving... if you have never smelled a real ROTTEN egg before, my goodness it is something awful. Had my wife and 4 year old dry heaving strait back into the house.

Sometimes I'm such a dingus. We have a little backyard chicken coupe, and the chickens will occasionally lay eggs around the yard. Today I found one in the middle of doing something, so I picked it up and put it in my pocket. I have a very one track mind. So of course...
