You aren't given chances, young man. You have to make your way. Tomorrow, go find you a school, call the position coach, and ask what it takes to walk on. Do exactly what they say. If life was easy, everyone would succeed. It's not. You have to make your way. You don't have time to waste. Your competition is already working while you are waiting for someone to hand you a shot. Get up and get to work. You got this. You're the only one who will ever do for you. That's how it is out here for 99.9% of us men. If you want it, go get it, but you gotta do the work. Make those calls. Find a spot to walk on. When you do, be humble, lesen, and work like there is no tomorrow. Work like the food on your table depends on it. Work like your momma's rent depends on it. Then, they will notice. Then, they will give you a shot.
