Governor Josh Stein is in Charlotte for Citi’s grand opening of its new Charlotte office in Ballantyne. Citi says it is a more than $16 million investment. Over the next year, Citi plans to add 500 employees. 400 Citi workers are already employed in Charlotte @wsoctv
