In Switzerland, and Austria almost almost all the places are like this, with zero escape routes; often there aren't even windows, and there aren't even the most basic safety standards. Some places are even built in basements.

How many times does this need to happen before nightclub operators realise the importance of fire safety inspections and risk assessments.
Such tragedies can be avoided by such basic compliance. My thoughts and prayers are with those impacted.
