@ArmandDAngour What software did you use to write it? MS Word often stores temp files locally. And if it was an older version Apple's Pages, then it's probably by missing "bundle" files - it should still be possible to get at least the unformatted text from the saved files.

@DeonticScorekpr @ArmandDAngour Have you tried data recovery software? We used Data Rescue from ProSoft in the past with good results. It's often just a header broken; the software goes through the SD and puts the "bits" of the photos together. You may lose file names but get photos back prosofteng.com/mac-data-recov…

@ArmandDAngour The wife just lost five years' worth of photographs to a corrupted microSD card. I feel your pain.
