I’m not too downbeat after that. Comparatively to recent weeks a far better performance. Lincoln an imposing and well-drilled side. If nothing else, it’s nice to come away feeling like I’ve actually watched a football match where two teams have had a go at each other. #htafc

Thought Lincoln were impressive. They relentlessly stick the ball on top of you for 90 minutes and say “deal with it”. Big, physical presences across the park and very difficult to defend against. It’s easy to see why they are where they are. Full credit to them. #htafc #imps

A far, far better half of football. We look like we’ve done our homework on Lincoln and know where we can hurt them. Played forward and with intent. Not much to dislike with that half for me. Evans has been excellent in that role off Hardie. #htafc
