Did you know that a notorious bandit in Katsina, Abdulrahman Jankare, that masterminded the killing of the late Assistant Commissioner of Police and the Dutsin Ma Area Commander, ACP Aminu Umar Dayi !!! Even more shocking, after killing him, Jankare wore the late ACP's uniform, complete with the name tag Aminu Umar, during a peace deal in Katsina, right in the presence of Nigerian security personnel !!!
