As an Athletic Director, I often wonder why people struggle to trust the process under proven leaders, coaches, and/or successful programs. Is it a lack of trust in the coaching? Is it impatience? Is it different goals? Is it an inability to see the vision? Is it a lack of understanding? Or is it simply because the process is too hard? The truth is, successful programs are built over time. The process isn’t always exciting, and it rarely produces instant results. But if you believe in the people leading it, commit to the work, and stay the course, the results eventually speak for themselves.

Bill Maher asks how the government is “failing the poor so badly” when he pays “60 PERCENT” of his earnings in taxes. “Last week was tax day… I paid the government probably almost 60% of what I earn.
