لو فيه إرتداد نظامي (يتبع للبلدية و لا يمتلكه صاحب العقار) أمام البيوت بعرض 4 أو 3 متر و تم تشجيره و وضعه مضمار للمشي (بشرط أن يتولى تشجيره و صيانته صاحب البيت المقابل له كما معمولاً به في الكويت) كان ما شفنا الناس تمشي بالشارع أو تضرب مشاوير عشان تروح تمشي في ممشى بأقصى المدينة!
