A separate issue is that this is undoubtedly in the best interests of the club — assuming we make the right call re: an appointment this time.
The new coach needs to know the league, the club, and be an excellent man-manager.

We can confirm that it has been mutually agreed for Head Coach Igor Tudor to leave the Club with immediate effect. Tomislav Rogic and Riccardo Ragnacci have also left their respective roles of Goalkeeping Coach and Physical Coach. We thank Igor, Tomislav and Riccardo for their efforts during the past six weeks, in which they worked tirelessly. We also acknowledge the bereavement that Igor has recently suffered and send our support to him and his family at this difficult time. An update on a new Head Coach will be provided in due course.

Horse in a good position, only needed to pull it out and go for it.
Did neither of those things, let it get hampered a little bit and didn't change motion the whole race.
Stewards won't even spot it

Day 3 of a vital 15 days where a manager (whoever it is) could be working both with the players not on international duty & the players coming back from injury & it’s silence. No statement,nothing. That’s 20% of vital training time gone to pot. What a shambles of a club.
