I think Sam Prendergast’s time as Ireland’s starting ten is coming to an end. He’s a passenger most of the time. Makes Ireland’s attack much easier to read because he’s never a threat to the line, and plays too deep.

Well, that was nightmarish stuff for Ireland in the first half. France ruthless with their chances and pressuring Ireland into lots of errors. Ireland's attack hasn't got going at all and not much success from contestable kicking. A terrible half for Andy Farrell's team.
