Session Recap | Problem Solving Strategies Fellows of the #EACYouthFellowship Cohort 3 today engaged in a session on Problem Solving Strategies led by Lusekelo Naomi Chinyama, Youth Engagement Specialist @MSTCDC. The session pushed Fellows to go beyond surface-level thinking and unpack the root causes of challenges facing their communities and the region. A key emphasis was on designing solutions that are not only innovative, but also sustainable and people-centered—solutions that speak to the realities of East Africa. The Fellowship is organized under the YouLead Africa programme by MS TCDC in partnership with @jumuiya, @jmkfhq, @TheJNLC, @elfafrica1 and with support from @CentreDanida

Fellows also reflected on the importance of communication, teamwork and shared problem-solving; drawing from both classroom sessions and real-life challenges like coordinating support for colleagues across the region. A recurring theme has been that leadership is practical. It is built in how they communicate, how they work with others and how they respond to real issues like youth unemployment, systems gaps and social change. @MSTCDC @jumuiya @jmkfhq @TheJNLC @elfafrica1
