Mexican author Cristina Rivera Garza visited @michiganstateu to read and discuss her Pulitzer Prize-winning book “Liliana's Invincible Summer.” Blending journalism, memoir, and poetic prose, the book explores themes of gender violence as it reconstructs the life of Rivera Garza's sister, Liliana, before she was murdered in 1990.
