Midwestern State University is currently experiencing a campus-wide power outage. Oncor is aware of the outage and estimates power will be restored by 11:30 a.m. The situation is being monitored, and updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

In observance of Juneteenth, University offices will be closed today, June 19.

Our facilities team will be on campus at 7 a.m. to continue clearing sidewalks and entryways into our buildings. Students should report to in-person classes that are regularly scheduled for 11 a.m. Online classes will meet as scheduled.

Midwestern State University will begin campus operations at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 30. For those driving to campus, please remember to use caution while traveling and allow extra time to park and walk to your classes.

MSU Texas Delayed Opening Reminder: Midwestern State University will begin campus operations at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 29, and will close at 5 p.m.

MSU Texas will remain closed Wednesday, Jan. 28, due to hazardous road conditions.
