3 months on this app 352 followers. 642k impressions. 5.5k likes. 910 replies received Not going to lie, when I started I thought it'd be easier. It's not. You just have to show up every day and reply to people smarter than you until something sticks Still showing up 💪

@connerhawkin5 That early stage energy when everything feels possible is unmatched. Enjoy it before the hard stuff hits 😄

First full-time month working on Scalar Field and we're already deep in brokerage API conversations. This is the fun part of building, when everything feels possible before the hard stuff hits.

@IllGerard Same email for every decline type is such a silent revenue killer. Most SaaS owners don't even realize how much they're leaving on the table.

🫠 Most dunning tools send "your payment failed" for every decline type.🤖 Soft decline. Hard decline. SCA required. Card expired. Insufficient funds.🤔 All the same email. Same day. Same tone. 🤯 That's why recovery rates suck.🤢 Match the message to the reason. 🎯 It's not a feature. It's the whole point. 👀 #BuildInPublic

Day 3 of the 100K impressions challenge. Final day. Either I hit it or I don't. You're watching it happen live.

@nishancodes Option 3 for me. Shipping something small breaks the spiral. Momentum really does cure it.

founders, how do you deal with burnout 1. take a full week off 2. switch to a lighter project 3. keep shipping, momentum cures it 4. i haven't found the answer yet

@stevie_builds That’s not mental asylum energy, that’s just early-stage scaling chaos with production reality attached 😭

I have a trillion dollar company running 82 people through my platform right now. and im: - deploying features while its happening. - posting on X. I belong in a mental asylum

@stevie_builds Just make sure you’re not mixing live ops stability with feature velocity in the same moment too much, or you’ll end up debugging your own momentum 👀

@pgbpgbpgbpgbpgb Treating X like a megaphone is the biggest mistake I see founders make. The growth loop you described is exactly what separates the ones who make it from the ones who don't.

Your product won't distribute itself. Your X account will. Most indie hackers treat X like a megaphone - blast a launch tweet, get silence, move on. The ones who win treat it like a growth loop: - Build in public -> attract curious followers - Share wins AND failures -> build trust - Engage in your niche's replies -> get discovered daily - Post the problem before the solution -> pull people in Distribution isn't a launch. It's a habit.

@franklinvargas @Quicknode Faucet flows like this are quietly one of the most important onboarding moments for dev ecosystems frictionless access higher adoption.

@AnastasiiaDonii Thinking first is underrated. Most founders spend months rebuilding what they should have planned in week 1.

Week 1 done. Here’s where I am: architecture designed, tech stack chosen, zero lines of code written. Sounds slow? Maybe. But I’ve seen too many founders build first and think later. I’m thinking first.

@i7solar The hard part isn’t just building the product, it’s dealing with slow feedback loops and constant doubt while still showing up.

@i7solar It’s not supposed to feel easy most of the time uncertainty is kind of built into the job 👀

I export my WHOOP data every day. I run a small cron on my Mac: one job that stores a daily full dump to JSON at 8am and uploads it to S3 using their API. Sleep, recovery, workouts, cycles, everything is archived for further AI use
Philipp Schmid@_philschmid

Yesterday Fitbit Air launched, but did you know it comes with a new @googlehealth API? You can build AI agents, MCP servers, or CLIs on top of your sleep and heat data. - 31 different data points from exercise to sleep, heart rate, or SpO2. - Webhooks push real-time notifications when health data changes. - Support Read or write data, request only the permissions you need. - Query by time range, roll up daily summaries, or paginate results. I am whoop guy, but might be good reason to explore this. Full getting started codelab below.👇🏻
