@FunfettiSundae It's legit the equivalent to enjoying a vanilla cake, and then you learn later that the chef who made it purposely hit a family of 5 on the freeway. It ruins the flavor a bit.

@FunfettiSundae Legit being a fan of Popgoes is so fucking hard man. Because I lobe the games and the lore (I legit 100% completed Arcade and MyPopgoes), but my god Kane is a real piece of work.

I feel like nobody gets the issue with this is that he LIED about not saying the hard r when he DID and he kept saying it until 2020 when he was again grown.
He's also british he definitely knows what slavery was and that the n word effected black people.

Nothing can ever change my mind of how idiotic the idea of Ceroba injecting Kanako with the soul serum was, it's not even in a way of showing a character has flaws that is just stupid writing, but themes and such ig

@MSteeletrap Oh she is awful rn. Double jump is bugged so you can't use it, and her glide is incredibly slow. You lose both of your mobility tools

Killers are the POWER role, its supposed to be a struggle to fight them. Especially on your own. Why are yall splitting up and allowing for a TW or a Kolossos to kill you. Even in OM today, I see ppl complain abt🧵

@joxatron I don't disagree with you in the sense that killers in these games should feel overpowered. One of my favorite Asyms ever made was Friday the 13th: The Game. But OM's balancing was just really bad in a lot of aspects.

@joxatron There was no real way to counter her properly; anytime you stunned her, she would just jump and glide her way back to you in seconds. Her mines could go on springs, her M1 still did amazing damage, and her laser would eat you alive.

@Machine_I_am_me But I do think Martlet should have stayed around a bit more. I think Dalv works well enough in my eyes, but I do think it would have been nice to have a little moment with him that wasn't just checking on him before the game ended.

@Machine_I_am_me Honestly, I think I agree and disagree. I think characters like Starlo and Ceroba actually get quite a bit compared to Dalv and Martlet. In both the Wild East and Steamworks, I got really connected to the two. But I do think Martlet should have stayed around a bit more.

Its story banks on you caring about its characters and while they are endearing they never truly let you bond with them like you do with characters in Undertale, despite them literally following you at times.

I find it pretty disappointing how trial by fury is the only track related to ceroba or her family that actually makes use of traditional instruments.. Despite their whole theming around traditional asian culture, it's the only track that feels reminiscent of that 💔
