Do you ever struggle with negativity, worry, or doubt? I think we all do to varying degrees. Only pride would say otherwise. But “what a privilege to carry, everything to God in prayer” (what a friend we have in Jesus). I love the prayer below from Joyce Meyer:

In this day, may we not forget the words of Jesus…where He states, "By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” John 13:35. We are not commanded to agree with everyone, but we are commanded to love.

It's easy to judge revival or particular move of God by saying it's not of Him because it did not bear lasting fruit in this or that person. But we forget that it is the individuals responsibility to steward what they may have experienced or been given...just like a seed :)

“Abide in Me, and I in you. A branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, neither can you unless you abide in Me. I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing” (John 15:4–5).

We should never be afraid to show love or withhold it. Showing love to others is actually a command from Jesus…it’s not just a suggestion. For when we love others we are loving God.

Looking out the window at Scheels in Johnstown Colorado, and was reminded of how our “perspective” is so important. This verse came to mind, “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose" Rom 8:28
