⚡️HIIT with Coach Julio⚡️ This High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is designed to be fun, fast, and perfect for every fitness level. We mix things up with cool gear like Battle Ropes, Monster Bands, Medicine Balls, and a Football Net for an epic full-body workout.

Third week of the 2025 MSYEP Program at MTEC 🤗 . We’re continuing to progress in our projects throughout the city and inside the center. Helping out the seniors at the senior center, repainting and designing our green space outdoors, and of course keeping our community clean 😊
