An emotional day.
19 months ago I suffered a major heart attack and was blessed with another chance.
When I got out of hospital I couldn’t walk 100m today I did the 52.7K Tarawera ultra trail bloody awesome.

HERE WE GO: Melville have qualified for the women's northern league championship next year after a 3-1 conference grand final win over Birkenhead United.
Melville led 2-0 at half time through Michaela Clark and Stevie-Lee Tiller, then benefited from a Birkenhead own goal.
