🚨"When it came to sexual discrimination against female employees at the University of Montana, Seth Bodnar clearly looked the other way. At best." "During [my daughter's] second year at the University of Montana, she punched a bully who had been threatening her and her roommates for several months. When the university would not protect her, she protected herself. And Seth Bodnar punished her for that." "[M]y daughter and I indicated that she might talk to the school newspaper about the experiences her, her roommates, and other women of the dorm experienced that semester[...]That finally got the attention of the Bodnar administration, and suddenly my daughter faced disciplinary action for defending herself from the attack. Instead of helping her, they figured they would intimidate her into silence." "...Bodnar has dropped the ball when it comes to standing up for women and victims. When the going gets tough, he looks the other way. Montana does not need a Senator like that."

Interesting. The media strictly calls Sam Forstag a firefighter, but he makes nearly all of his money as a radical left wing lobbyist. Reminds me of a certain oyster farmer…

🚨"Ironically, the same unpopular party helping to run a liberal [Amy Eddy's] Supreme Court campaign is also pushing to keep partisan labels off judicial election ballots. Clearly, the status quo for judicial elections in Montana is not, as advocates of CI-132 claim, nonpartisan. Rather, the partisan politics of the Supreme Court are obscured and hidden from voters. Rather than intentionally obscuring the politics of judicial elections, why not be open and honest with the voters and let them make their own decisions?" -Rep. Kerri Seekins-Crowe This November, vote for constitutionalist Judge Dan Wilson. Vote NO on Activist Amy Eddy, and vote NO on CI-132.

🚨PRESS RELEASE: Montana Commissioner of Political Practices Confirms Left-Wing Dark Money Groups Violated Law Today the COPP confirmed campaign finance and election law violations perpetrated by Big Sky Fiscal Guardians (BSFG), Treasure State Stewards (TSS), and Montana Business Advocates for Sensible Elections (MTBASE). These left-wing dark money groups spent heavily this year to influence Republican primaries, much of which was done by laundering money through the deceptively named organization Conservatives4MT, which spent over $2 million to influence Republican legislative primary races. The decision states: “All available evidence suggests BSFG and TSS have a primary purpose of supporting the election of particular candidates in Montana’s June 2, 2026, primary election, and are therefore improperly classified as incidental political committees.” BSFG and TSS improperly filed as incidental committees in order to “enjoy less burdensome reporting requirements [by] directly supporting candidates or ballot issues without directly disclosing the source of the funds used.” The COPP determined that they must reclassify as independent committees. If BSFG and TSS do not comply with the directions mandated by the decision within 10 days, the matter will be referred to the Lewis & Clark County District Court. Meanwhile, MTBASE, after making an expenditure of $38,000 to Conservatives4MT, not only “fail[ed] to report a substantial expenditure, they entirely failed to register as a political committee even after receipt of this complaint, a clear violation of Montana election law and a disservice to Montana voters.” Per the decision, MTBASE’s election law violations “will be immediately referred to the Lewis & Clark County Attorney.” “This is a major win for transparency and election integrity in Montana. Hopefully in the future this will dissuade unscrupulous Democrat actors from engaging in dishonest campaign tactics and obscuring out-of-state liberal dark money they funnel into our Republican legislative primaries,” Montana Republican Party Chairman Art Wittich said. “We look forward to these bad actors complying with the COPP, fully disclosing their donors, and any punitive measures the authorities deem fit to mete out.”

🚨In a recent interview, Rep. Zooey Zephyr explained his strategy to exploit the differences within the Republican Party between the majority and liberal Republicans in order to advance the radical LGBTQ agenda in Montana: “Whatever that line is – I call it the fracture point between the two sections of the Republican Party – I make sure that [with regards to] the things the moderates care about, I can identify how they are incompatible with the vision of the [Republican] party […] the more you draw attention to that fault line […] And the more times they’re willing to separate themselves from the [majority], the easier it is for them to say ‘Well actually, Zooey was right, Zooey helped me stand with my policy […] and now when they’re attacking her and her community, I can do the same.’” Rep. Zephyr is delusional. Though the majority and liberal Republicans within the Republican Party may have substantive differences of opinion regarding taxes and government spending, ALL Montana Republicans understand and affirm basic biological reality. It is an immutable truth, and as such, it is a principle fundamental to what it means to be a conservative in Montana. Our 2026 Party Platform states: “A principle is a thing that is so true, it cannot be compromised; it can only be abandoned.” Anyone that would abandon the truth of the immutable biological distinctions between the two sexes, man and woman, abandons any legitimate claim to be a Republican. The Montana Republican Party and all its candidates have stood and will continue to stand strong for the fundamental truth that a man cannot be a woman, and vice versa.

🚨The Democratic Party is dying in Montana. Progressive Vet PAC, the super PAC that spent over $3 million supporting Democrat candidate for Senate Alani Bankhead, “declared in late June that it was leaving the competition, announcing via a press release that a Democratic candidate ‘does not have a viable path’ in November.” “In its Tuesday press release, Progressive Vet said it was turning its focus to Noah Taylor, a veteran running for Senate in Kansas. The PAC this week replaced a mention of Bankhead on its website with a brief description of Taylor, who Progressive Vet says stands a chance to win.” Ouch. Support for the Democrat Party has PLUMMETED in Montana – even former Senator Jon Tester admitted the Democrat label is “poison.” Democrats' solution? Run Seth Bodnar as a phony “Independent” and hope that voters won’t discover his personal ties to the Obamas and Clintons…or that he was groomed to run by Jon Tester and Chuck Schumer…or that Bodnar’s campaign is being run by Tester’s former staffers. Clearly, rather than returning to sanity the Democrats have instead opted to repackage and resell their failed policies and candidates as fake Independents, all the while hoping voters won’t connect the dots; a decision that has created strife within the Montana Democrat Party: “In a statement posted to social media in early July, Bankhead said she had heard that some members of the Montana Democratic Party board of directors were supporting Bodnar rather than her own campaign […] ‘This race is no longer about Republicans and Democrats,’ her statement read. ‘[I]t has become about power, corruption and manipulation and the soul of Montana.’” Amidst the turmoil within the Montana Democratic Party, one thing remains clear: the majority of Montanans have no desire to return to a dull, Blue past. They want a Bright. Red. Future.

🚨"Recently, Montana Republicans have come under concentrated attack by wealthy out-of-state Leftists [...] The reason for this is obvious: the Democrat brand is dying in Montana. Even former Senator Jon Tester was caught admitting that the Democrat Party label is 'poison.' This is why Democrats are running Senate candidate Seth Bodnar as a phony 'Independent' – even though he was personally groomed to run by Tester, Chuck Schumer, and the Obamas." "Our 2024 electoral victories seem only to have galvanized out-of-state liberals to double down on their efforts to buy control of Montana’s political system. Come November, Montanans must once again show them that our state and way of life is not for sale by rejecting liberal Seth Bodnar, and voting NO on CI-132, and I-194."

Freedom is not, and never has been, free. It is only secured through courage, risk, sacrifice, foresight, and grace. Despite internal and external threats, a free United States of America has survived and thrived for 250 years now. Our nation’s achievements are unmatched by any other in the history of the world. Liberty requires eternal vigilance. We ought to honor and emulate our Founding Fathers who signed the Declaration of Independence many July 4ths ago. Today, every American should celebrate with hope, gratitude, and commitment. God bless the United States of America! 🇺🇸🎇🇺🇸🎆🇺🇸

🚨"If Seth Bodnar had lived in Montana longer than eight years, he would know that being groomed to run for Senate by national Democrats like former Sen. Jon Tester, Chuck Schumer, and the Obamas is, to put it mildly, deeply unpopular with a majority of Montanans." "What’s more, he would be much less enthusiastic about being endorsed by ineffective Montana liberals like Marc Racicot, Dorothy Bradley, Gary Buchanan, and Max Baucus." "This group’s 'solutions' made things worse, and Bodnar’s would too. While pretending to control property taxes, they raised them (sound familiar?). They went to war against mining. They jacked the state income tax up until it was tied for highest in the United States. They poured state money into favored businesses, which often went bankrupt, costing the taxpayers millions." "Montana voters don’t want to see that dull blue past return via Seth Bodnar. They want a bright red future...Let’s not bring back their failed ways by electing Seth Bodnar as a phony “Independent” candidate."

🚨"Accountability, Not Purges Is Why Montana Republicans Elected Art Wittich," by Rep. Tom Millett "Jim Peterson’s column (The Road to One Man’s Kingdom) asks readers to believe that Art Wittich somehow seized control of the Montana Republican Party through the backing of a small faction." "That claim ignores the most important fact in the entire debate: Art Wittich was elected chairman by more than 200 members of the Montana Republican State Central Committee. He was not handpicked by the Freedom Caucus, nor was he installed by a secret cabal. He was chosen through the party’s established governing process by representatives from across Montana." "Wittich was elected in large part because State Central Committee members wanted stronger accountability and a clearer Republican identity. Identifying ideological differences is not a 'purge;' it is part of the political process, and voters remain free to decide whom they support."

🚨The MT Chamber of Commerce, the Kalispell Chamber of Commerce, and the Billings Chamber of Commerce have taken a clear and united stand AGAINST Constitutional Initiative 194, also known as the "Montana Plan." "Under [CI-194], family-owned businesses including farms, ranches, restaurants, and retail stores could not respond publicly to a ballot initiative targeting them. A Main Street restaurant could not support a local levy to improve public safety. A small business coalition could not push back against misleading claims that threaten their livelihoods and their employees’ jobs. These are not hypothetical concerns; they are the everyday realities of how Montana businesses engage in the civic life of our communities." "Under [the Montana Plan] a single well-funded outsider could bankroll a campaign to devastate a Montana agricultural practice, a logging operation, or a ranching family, while the Montana businesses under attack would be legally silenced. That is not campaign finance reform. That is a one-sided disarmament of Montana’s own voices."
