Dear @mtnugcare last week I registered a new MTN line but any time I want to make a call it brings the line busy and when I use the other line it goes through,so what is the issue.

Hello, @mtnug My sister’s phone can make calls but can’t receive. When you call her, it keeps saying number off. I tried disabling call baring with #35# but still nothing. How can you help her, she’s losing business! Thank you.

@mtnug I'm perplexed about something. I've been having my number since 2023,and here a lady begins receiving calls from my line each time saying she got the line 5 days back .Is this normal coz I'm losing business. I only use one line for business which is MTN. Respond ASAP❗😡
