@mtnug I am unable to access the MyMTN app completely. On downloading it, the message of 'Invalid Mobile Network' persists whether I'm on WiFi or MTN mobile data. Is there any other way to access the self service portal or access the app?

@MustaphaMugisa @mtnug @MTNNG I have got a sudden red light blinking for 2days now and no network... This can be very frustrating for small businesses that depend largely on Internet services.... Please look into this immediately 😭

How can MTN Home Fibre fix the red light issue on the "LOS" on Huawei modems? Once the red error light shows, the Internet goes off. I have been made to understand, it means the fibre cable has been cut. Unfortunately, @mtnug does not have the technology to locate where fibre wire could have been cut without first accessing your home yet we leave young people at home and go to work. So, you have some strangers wanting to access your home to connect a device on your modem to detect an estimated point in km from your home, where the fiber wire may have been cut. This is ancient technology and @mtnug you can do better. There must be technology you can put on the last mile pole to a given home, to allow such testing without gaining access into people's homes as such is a big security threat. So, please help restore internet. The kids need it.
