6) Assemble the bowl
Add cauliflower rice as the base.
Create neat sections for each topping:
Cooked beef
Spinach
Carrot
Cucumber
Egg whites
Add 1 tsp gochujang in the center.
Optional: sprinkle a few sesame seeds on top.
6) Combine everything
Add the cooked orzo to the pan and toss to coat evenly in the creamy sauce.
Slice the rested chicken and layer it over the top.
Finish with a pinch of black pepper and an optional drizzle of olive oil or extra lemon juice.

5) Add the creamy element
Reduce the heat to low. Stir in the Greek yogurt and a splash (2–3 tbsp) of water or chicken broth to thin it slightly.
