Big things happen when a community shows up – and MUSC Day is May 5. MUSC’s statewide Day of Giving supports patient care, research and education across South Carolina, including the future comprehensive cancer hospital.

And for people across the state who don’t always have easy access to care, it means more ways to get help when it matters most. 💙 Thank you to The Leon Levine Foundation for their partnership in expanding access to care across South Carolina.

For patients, this means getting support in a familiar setting, without long waits or long drives. For primary care teams, it means being able to meet patients’ mental and behavioral health needs in a more timely, coordinated way.

Thanks to a grant from The Leon Levine Foundation, the MUSC Center for Telehealth will partner with the SC Free Clinic Association to expand tele-behavioral health services across South Carolina.
